Who we are

Zeenah is a private, invitation-only concierge operating through WhatsApp. For privacy questions or requests, contact zeenah.zen@outlook.com.

What we collect

When you request an invitation, we collect your name, international WhatsApp number, optional email and referral, the Instagram and LinkedIn profiles you submit, your reason for joining, and your screening consent. If accepted, we may also retain conversation preferences, requests, reservation history, support records, and security audit events.

Why we use it

We use this information to verify identity and referrals, review membership suitability and safety, operate the concierge, personalise service with permission, prevent abuse, support reservations, and maintain accountable records. We do not sell applicant or member information.

Screening and human review

Submitted public profiles may be reviewed only for identity, authenticity, referral verification, community safety, and service fit. Zeenah does not use protected characteristics or infer sensitive traits to decide membership. Material decisions remain subject to human review.

Sharing and processors

Information is limited to authorised Zeenah operators and infrastructure providers needed to host and secure the service. Notification emails contain no applicant details; they direct authorised staff back to the secure dashboard. Venues receive only information necessary for an authorised request.

Retention and control

During the MVP, declined or withdrawn applications are scheduled for deletion within 12 months unless security or legal needs require otherwise. Member and transaction records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of optional memory consent, or deletion by email.

Security and international processing

Zeenah uses access controls, encryption in transit, protected secrets, and audit trails. Data may be processed outside Egypt by contracted infrastructure providers subject to appropriate safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
