Service status

Zeenah’s public website introduces an invitation-only concierge. The member service is intended to operate through WhatsApp. Current demonstrations may use fictional experiences and do not create reservations or take payment.

Eligibility and invitations

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Invitations are personal, phone-bound, time-limited, and may not be transferred. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Requests and reservations

Recommendations are selective guidance, not guarantees. Prices, availability, policies, and confirmations depend on verified records and venue acceptance. A request is not booked until Zeenah explicitly reports it as confirmed.

Payments and no-shows

The future product may require a clearly disclosed card authorisation hold before sending a reservation request. Payment will use a provider-hosted flow; Zeenah will not store raw card details. The current MVP does not perform real card authorisation.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or misleading requests, misuse invitation codes, interfere with the service, scrape information, or use Zeenah to harass or harm another person.

Availability and liability

The MVP may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Zeenah is not responsible for independent venue acts, inaccurate third-party information, or indirect loss. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
